Job summary

Verint is seeking a Team Lead to guide a development team in designing, building, and delivering innovative software solutions. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Global R&D to ensure quality, performance, and scalable releases.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, oversee performance reviews, and communicate with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Strong OO design, Java/.Net, and cloud/CI-CD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Lead design, development, testing and releases of software features.
• Mentor and develop team members with strong technical guidance.
• Strong knowledge of OO design patterns and SDLC.
• Experience with Java and/or .Net in a team setting.
• Proficient with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of software features and enhancements.
• Promote best practices, code quality, automation testing, and improvements.
• Facilitate design reviews, estimation, and solution reviews.
• Ensure scalable, secure, reliable solutions aligned with architecture.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Global R&D to meet objectives.
• Provide technical coaching and career development for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Support customer-centric product development with user-focused delivery.
