Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience in a team setting using Java or .Net.
• Strong object oriented design and familiarity with design patterns.
• Experience with React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js and state management libraries.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and AWS cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools; monitoring with Grafana/Datadog/OpsGenie.
• Knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL; testing and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design, development, testing, and release of software features.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, automation testing, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate technical discussions, design workshops, and solution reviews.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions aligned with architecture standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Global R&D, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Mentor and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and development planning.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Support customer-centric product development by understanding user needs.
