Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to ensure strict Safety and 5S standards across the warehouse. You will monitor daily operations, optimize workflow efficiency, and manage manpower allocation to maintain throughput.

You will oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes, maintain WMS accuracy, and resolve floor issues promptly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and escalation to the Supervisor when needed are required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school).
• At least 1 year in logistics or fulfillment roles.
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting: MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience operating/workflows in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work rotating shifts as required by city operations.
• Strong leadership to manage both small and large teams.

• Implement and enforce strict Safety and 5S workplace organizational practices throughout the warehouse area
• Monitor daily warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency and performance accuracy
• Manage manpower allocation dynamically to ensure optimal team productivity and throughput
• Oversee localized end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control processes
• Control system accuracy and warehouse operational flows utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Handle immediate operational issues, performance bottlenecks, and floor complaints proactively
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and upscale critical operational issues to the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School, Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry
• Proven familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong experience in operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and placed according to company needs within the assigned city
• Strong leadership skills with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams
