Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, keep areas safe and organized, and ensure inbound, outbound, and inventory tasks are accurate and timely.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with related departments, lead a logistics team, and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in Logistics or Management and 3–5 years of leadership experience are required; strong Excel skills and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics or Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, including team leadership.
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse management processes.
• Able to monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, SLA, NFR, LSR, and inventory accuracy.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Familiar with SOP, Work Instructions (WI), and safety implementation in warehouse areas.
• Able to coordinate cross-functionally and handle daily operational issues.
• Willing to work in shifts and be mobile according to operational needs.
