Job summary

Beautyhaul in Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader to guide and monitor the Beauty Advisor team, ensuring targets and quality standards across on-site operations. You will lead daily briefings, coordinate training, and sustain an engaging, high-performing team culture in a fast-growing beauty ecosystem.

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Beauty / Personal Care industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
• Capable of conducting coaching, briefings, and team evaluations.
• Good understanding of KPIs, reporting, and sales targets.
• Disciplined, firm, and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic level).

• Conduct regular briefings, training, coaching, and evaluations for the Beauty Advisor (BA) team.
• Ensure excellent product display, stock monitoring, and submission of returns.
• Monitor BA KPI achievements (sales, productivity, attendance, and discipline).
• Act as a liaison between the team and supervisors/management.
• Handle on-site issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Ensure team discipline, attitude, and grooming comply with company standards.
• Prepare periodic team performance reports.
• Maintain team motivation, cohesiveness, and a positive work culture.
