Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Team Leader BA (Samarinda) to oversee Brand Ambassador sales, performance analysis, stock checks, and visual merchandising across outlets. You will train the team in selling skills and product knowledge while ensuring targets are met and standards are upheld.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of Team Leader Beauty Advisor experience, with strong leadership and driving SKUs in a busy retail environment. A valid SIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the assigned area coverage and travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of Brand Ambassadors, including validation via phone calls.
• Analyze performance of underachieving Brand Ambassadors both briefly and in detail.
• Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores and ensure the consistency of Visual Merchandisong in all outlets.
• Train and develop the Brand Ambassador team in selling skills and product knowledge.
