Job summary

PAN ASIAN GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Medan to promote and sell tea products. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities to learn about tea products and grow in a customer-facing role. Travel to visit customers may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales, especially in food or beverage, is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn about tea products and the tea industry.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willing to travel to visit customers when required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tea products to customers.
• Find and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and quotations.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable tea products.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
