Job summary

PAN ASIAN GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily tea production and processing tasks.

You will operate production machines, prepare raw materials, keep the production area clean and organized, and record daily production data while following safety rules and procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree.

• Preferably from Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Willing to work in a production environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work according to production schedules.
• Previous production experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tea production and processing.
• Operate production machines and equipment.
• Prepare and handle raw materials.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Follow production procedures and safety rules.
• Record daily production data.
• Report any production or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with packing and storing finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
