Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is recruiting for a procurement-focused role to collect data, prepare documents, and assist in reports. You will contribute to an Integrated Management System and information security efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams across locations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years in Purchasing/Procurement, strong communication, and English proficiency. This on-site role offers opportunities to grow within a leading logistics network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Honest, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collect information and data related to procurement needs, including specifications of products/services.
• Assist in preparing procurement documents including specifications, quantities, and other requirements.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, including budget and evaluation results.
• Support implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and risk controls within the department.
• Participate in information security controls to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect information and data related to procurement needs, including specifications of the products or services required.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including specifications, quantities and other requirements.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, including the budget and evaluation results.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
