Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks a procurement professional to support the procurement lifecycle in Jakarta. You will collect information, prepare specifications, and assist in document and report preparation, while upholding the Integrated Management System and information security controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of related experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capacity.
• Detail-oriented with professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect information and data related to procurement needs, including specifications of the products or services required.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including specifications, quantities and other requirements.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, including the budget and evaluation results.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
