Job summary

Oxford University in Jakarta is seeking a TB Program Coordinator to lead TB program activities across two kabupaten, including data entry, care-plan tracking, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with TB PICs at facility level and with public health authorities to strengthen TB services.

Requirements include a Master’s/ Bachelor’s in a health field, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and professional English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related health/social science field.
Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in public health programs, TB/infectious disease control, or field/program coordination.
Experience with TB programs, community health, or clinical epidemiology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Serve as TB Program Coordinator for two kabupaten, including timely TB case data entry into the reporting system.
Design and monitor structured care-plan tracking for TB patients to ensure full rights to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
Build collaborative relationships with TB PICs at facility/Puskesmas level to address resistance and strengthen reporting and care protocols.
Improve TB diagnosis and treatment coverage and quality across kabupaten with Puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan, and program leadership.
Provide regular progress reports to supervisors and proactively flag operational bottlenecks.
