Job summary

Jhpiego seeks a National Program Coordinator for the RISE project with geographic focus in East Java, West Java, East Nusa Tenggara and Central Java, in addition to national level support. The Coordinator will work with program and technical teams to ensure activities are planned and documented in line with project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or program support roles.
  • Experience supporting donor-funded projects including coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities across national and subnational teams with the Program Manager.
  • Maintain activity schedules, calendars, and tracking tools based on approved workplans.
  • Provide programmatic support to program manager to ensure project activities are carried out according to workplan based on monthly activity calendar.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, trainings, and learning events, including participants coordination and documentation in coordination with Program Assistant.
  • Support the program manager in tracking activity budgets and expenditures based on information provided by finances and program teams at provincial level.
  • Compile inputs and supporting documentation for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Ensure all project documentation and filing systems are complete, accurate, and well organized in accordance with donor and organizational requirements.
  • Support the project team and relevant partners with documentation, record-keeping, and material distribution.
  • Support compliance with donor and organizational policies by ensuring required documentation is properly maintained.
  • Identify and elevate implementation, operational, or coordination issues to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or program support roles, preferably in health or development programs.
  • Experience supporting donor-funded projects including coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
