Job summary

doctorSHARE (Yayasan Dokter Peduli) invites a seasoned health project leader to guide TB programs at district/city level, overseeing planning, implementation, and monitoring. You will coordinate with local government, health facilities, and CSOs, ensuring quality interventions and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have a public health background, at least 3 years leading community TB initiatives, strong leadership and logistics knowledge, and readiness to travel extensively for field

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st degree in Public Health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading community-based interventions and TB programmes at district/city level.
• Strong leadership capability, project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of logistics management, supply chain, and TB commodities.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake extensive official travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and make key decisions in daily project operations at district/city level (planning, implementation, M&E).
• Manage project operations including administration, finance, human resources, and procurement at district level.
• Act as main liaison between project and local government, health facilities, and CSOs.
• Conduct field supervision, technical mentoring, and ensure technical quality of TB programme interventions (DS-TB & DR-TB).
• Coordinate operational data analysis and prepare periodic reports for provincial management and donors.
