Job summary

Minor Food Indonesia is seeking a Tax Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. You will review journal transactions, prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and coordinate with the tax consultant on tax registrations and deregistrations.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Taxation, 2–4 years in accounting and tax, solid knowledge of WHT, VAT and local tax compliance, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting and tax.
• Good understanding of WHT, VAT, and local tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/tax software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review all journal transactions, ensuring the journal is correct.
• Prepare the monthly financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cashflow).
• Prepare the monthly reports to the principals.
• Create & post adjustment journals (accrual transactions & recurring transactions).
• Update report of budgeting & realization of the budget.
• Prepare the summary of tax report (WHT, VAT, local tax).
• Coordinate with the tax consultant to do registration & deregistration of new tax ID.
• Handle issues regarding to tax issues.
• Ensure every transaction has been deducted with WHT.
• Support monthly and yearly stock opname process
• Other tasks as assigned.
