Job summary

Allez Group, overseeing PT Omotesando Indonesia and PT Prima Gourmet Indonesia, is hiring a FAT Manager to lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax team in Jakarta. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control across multiple outlets.

You will drive tax compliance, procurement collaboration, and audit support, ensuring integrity of financial records and timely decision support in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Manager-level position.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry is required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, F&B cost control, COGS, and margin analysis.
• Good understanding of Purchasing, procurement processes, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experienced in multi-outlet financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, firm, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Willing to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across multiple outlets.
• Monitor utility expenses, operational expenses, COGS, and cost variances to maintain healthy profit margins.
• Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and SPT reporting.
• Review bank reconciliations, petty cash, cash flow, and daily financial transactions.
• Supervise Purchasing processes and ensure effective procurement, cost efficiency, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Management to improve cost control and support business decisions.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure all financial documentation is properly maintained.
