Noraa & Co. is looking for an Accounting & Tax Supervisor for their new export-oriented food ingredient manufacturing pilot plant in Indonesia. You will manage bookkeeping, tax administration, reporting, and compliance support as the team builds foundational aspects of the business.

About Our Client

Our client is preparing to build an export-oriented food ingredient manufacturing pilot plant. The company is looking for early team members who can help establish quality, commercial, finance, and accounting foundations from the setup stage.

About the Role

The Accounting & Tax Supervisor will manage bookkeeping, tax administration, reporting, and compliance support for a new export-oriented food ingredient manufacturing pilot plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and daily accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR records, and supporting schedules.
• Support monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Handle tax administration, tax calculation, tax reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain VAT, WHT, corporate tax, and other relevant tax records.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, or authorities when needed.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax administration.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, VAT, WHT, and tax reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, trading, export/import, or startup environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling hands-on accounting processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in documentation.
• Able to work independently in a growing company setup.
