Job summary

PT Sambal Bakar Indonesia seeks an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee daily accounting and tax activities across its multi-outlet business. You will prepare monthly financial reports, ensure accurate recording and reconciliation, and monitor data from outlets and Head Office.

You will lead the Accounting & Tax team, drive compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse to deliver timely insights using ESB and advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, or multi-outlet business is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ESB and accounting/financial systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and taxation.

Lead and develop the Accounting & Tax team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
