Job summary

PT Solusi Rekrutmen Nusantara is seeking a Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor for a food production company. You will oversee day-to-day accounting and taxation activities, ensuring accurate financial records and compliant tax reporting in Indonesia.

Based around Bekasi/Cikarang, the role requires 5–10 years in accounting and tax, supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills. You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, and mentor the accounting/tax staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 5–10 years in Accounting & Tax, with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting principles.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing/retail preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Based around Bekasi/Cikarang.
