Job summary

Canggu Ink Club in Bali is seeking a proactive front desk coordinator to welcome clients, handle bookings, and process payments. You are the first and last person clients meet, ensuring a smooth and friendly studio experience.

You will manage the booking flow, assist clients with tattoo ideas, match them with artists, and keep daily records. Strong English, organization, and calm under pressure are essential for a busy, world‑facing studio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, reception, front office, guest services, admin or hospitality role.
• Strong English, spoken and written; used with every client.
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Calm and friendly when the studio is fully booked.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients when they walk in to the studio.
• Talk with clients about tattoo ideas: placement, size, style.
• Provide price for tattoo and explain booking process.
• Match clients with suitable artist.
• Book and adjust bookings as needed.
• Take payments: cash, EDC, Xendit; check day balances at close.
• Maintain daily reports and client records.

Canggu Ink Club is a busy tattoo studio in Canggu, Bali.

Our team has 50+ people in it and we provide services for clients from all over the world.

We are looking for someone to run our front desk. You handle the bookings, look after the clients, take the payments, and keep the studio running smoothly.

You are the first person a client meets and the last person they thank on the way out.

THE NUMBERS

Rp 13.000.000 - Rp 16.000.000 take home each month

42 hours a week (6 days a week)

Full time, long term position

THE ROLE

Welcome clients when they walk in to the studio

Talk with them about their tattoo idea: where it goes, how big, and what style

Provide the price for their tattoo and explain how the booking process works

Match them with the artist who suits their tattoo style

Book them in, and move the booking if they need to change it

Take payments: cash, EDC machine and Xendit, and check the day balances at close

Stay in touch with the artists all day so clients are seen on time

Keep the admin straight: booking records, daily reports and client details

THE REQUIREMENTS

2+ years in a front desk, reception, front office, guest services, customer service, admin or hospitality role

Strong English, spoken and written. You will use it with every client

Organised, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once

Calm and friendly when the studio is fully booked

THE NICE TO HAVE'S

Tattoo knowledge and understanding of how the process works

Basic Photoshop for simple tattoo mockups and edits

You have worked a front desk or reception in a spa, salon, clinic, gym, villa, hotel or restaurant

You live in Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak or nearby
