Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as stated in the job ad.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting or transformation.
• Experience contributing to large-scale business, workforce, HR, or technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, research, and synthesis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams across Organization Transformation, Change Management, Talent Strategy, Workforce Transformation, and HR Transformation.
• Assess organizational and workforce challenges using quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating findings into recommendations.
• Design and implement change management strategies covering engagement, impact assessment, communications, learning, leadership alignment, and adoption.
• Support organization and operating model design, including structures, roles, governance, spans and layers, and workforce implications.
• Develop workforce and talent strategies aligned with future business needs, including capability assessment and workforce planning.
• Apply people analytics and data-driven insights to support workforce decisions and transformation outcomes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate client workshops, and present executive-ready recommendations to leaders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated transformation programs.
