Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Management Consulting Manager/Senior Manager specializing in HR Transformation and Change Management within Financial Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• Approximately 7–10+ years of relevant consulting or transformation experience in HR Transformation, Change Management, Talent & Organization, or related areas.
• Demonstrated Financial Services industry experience (banking, insurance, wealth management, or related institutions).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HR Transformation and Change Management engagements from strategy through design, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Advise senior HR and business stakeholders on HR operating models, organization and workforce transformation, and leadership alignment.
• Design and lead enterprise change strategies including stakeholder management, communications, learning, adoption, and measurement.
• Facilitate executive workshops and translate complex challenges into structured insights and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate people and organizational dimensions of transformation, across banking and financial services.
