Accenture is looking for experienced Management Consulting professionals to join our Talent & Organization practice, focusing on HR Transformation and Change Management within Financial Services.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will partner with senior HR and business leaders across banking, insurance, multi-finance, wealth and other financial services organizations to shape and deliver people-centered transformation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• 7–10+ years of relevant consulting or transformation experience with expertise in HR Transformation, Change Management, Talent & Organization, or related areas.
• Experience in Financial Services such as banking, insurance, wealth management, or related institutions.
• Experience leading transformation workstreams or programs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, structured problem-solving, and client relationships.

Mansioni

• Lead HR Transformation and Change Management engagements from strategy through adoption and value realization.
• Advise on HR operating models, organization and workforce transformation, employee experience, capability development, and tech-enabled change.
• Design and lead enterprise change strategies across stakeholder management, communications, leadership alignment, learning, adoption, and measurement.
• Facilitate executive workshops and translate complex business challenges into insights and roadmaps.
• Bring Financial Services perspectives to transformation programs across workforce and operating model considerations.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and collaborate with specialists to integrate people and organizational dimensions.
