Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in talent & organization topics (7+ years for Manager).
• Bachelor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and realize project goals with the client.
• Conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Present analysis findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop relationships with clients from Manager to Director level.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fellow consultants and senior leaders.
