Job summary

PT. Kreasi Edulab Indonesia is seeking a Talent Development professional to support talent acquisition, profiling, and learning & development across Edulab business units.

The role includes managing recruitment processes, building talent pools, competency assessment, and the design and evaluation of learning programs while providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational capability. Strong collaboration with HR and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate assessment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and people-oriented.
• Familiarity with psychometric assessment, competency assessment, or talent profiling.
• Experience in learning program development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future organizational needs.
• Conduct talent profiling, competency assessment, and talent mapping.
• Identify employee development needs based on competency, performance, and potential.
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development programs.
• Develop talent and learning reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business units to implement talent development initiatives.
