Job summary

JAVACO, a leading Indonesian manufacturer, seeks an HR professional focused on talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and performance systems to foster a productive workplace culture.

Minimum 5 years in HR (L&D/ Talent Management) with a psychology/HRM background and a recognized HR certification. You will collaborate across units to implement HR policies and talent strategies aligned with production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in Learning & Development or Talent Management
• HR certification from BNSP or Certified Human Resources
• Experience managing competency-based training programs and performance evaluations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, selection, and hiring
• Implement onboarding and probation programs to ensure effective adaptation of new employees
• Develop and implement strategies for talent identification, development, and retention
• Analyze HR data (turnover, performance, potential) to inform management decisions
• Manage Succession Planning programs for key positions in management and production lines
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) regularly according to organizational needs
• Manage coaching and mentoring programs to improve employee competencies
• Ensure all training activities are well documented and measurable
• Develop and manage performance management systems based on KPIs aligned with production targets and efficiency
• Create Career Paths and Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees
• Develop and manage employee engagement programs to support productive and collaborative work culture
• Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys, analyze results, and develop and monitor improvement action plans
• Coordinate with all work units regarding HR policy implementation
• Provide recommendations to management on HR system, policy, and strategy improvements
