Job summary

PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Training Development Staff to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead Training Needs Analysis. The role coordinates interviews, screens candidates, and maintains the talent pool while driving development programs across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Psychology, has at least five years in recruitment and training, and demonstrates strong communication, assessment, and Excel skills to produce accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• Understand several psychological assessment tools.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Recruitment and Training Development.
• Good communication and interviewing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments with users.
• Maintain recruitment data and talent pool.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Monitor training attendance, records, and effectiveness.
• Prepare recruitment and training reports.
