Job summary

EcoSocioTech School-TB Simatupang in South Jakarta invites an experienced Human Capital professional to lead recruitment, branding, and HC process improvements. You will build and maintain a talent pipeline, manage hiring for teaching and back-office roles, and handle foreign worker administration with external partners.

Collaboration with the HC Management team, participation in assessment activities, and driving process enhancements are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection for multiple roles.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Interviews, psychological tests and assessment center fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of employer branding activities.
• Manage manpower needs and recruitment processes for teaching and back-office roles.

This position is for our head office in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. WFO Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00.

Job Descriptions:

Support the development and implementation of employer branding activities.

Manage manpower needs and recruitment processes for both teaching and back-office positions.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.

Handle the administration and legal requirements for Foreign Workers (Tenaga Kerja Asing), with support from external agencies.

Manage and support the implementation of the Assessment Center when needed.

Support the improvement of Human Capital Management processes.

Work closely with other Human Capital Management team members in running programs and activities.

Job Requirements:

Must have a master's degree in Industrial & Organizational/Educational Psychology or Professional degree in General Psychology.

Preferably 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, experience in multinational company is a huge plus

Have strong fundamentals in interviews, psychological tests, assessment center, and other selection tools.

Strong written and verbal English skills

Strong interpersonal and engaging communication ability
