Job summary

ScaleOcean is seeking a recruiting professional to drive full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role requirements. You will develop sourcing strategies, use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, and manage screening and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the ScaleOcean Recruiter Platform.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
