Job summary

Deptechdigital is seeking a Fresh Graduate or Final-year student for a recruitment-focused role. You will leverage sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and ATS to identify and engage candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and Glints.

Fresh graduate or final-year student in related study program.
Experience in recruiting is a plus.
Proficient in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, use of ATS, and leveraging recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.
Ability to comprehend technical job specifications and possess basic knowledge of relevant technologies in the industry.
Capable of building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams and effectively communicating job expectations.
Ability to analyze recruitment needs and develop new methods to find the best talent.
Familiarity with administering assessments like DISC, GMT, logic tests, and coding assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
