Qualifications

• Final semester or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other related majors.
• Familiarity with Google Suites.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Available for 6 months internship period.
• Good communication skill.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attracting passive candidates.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles.
• Develop understanding of the recruiting process and use data to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on tech industry news and talent market trends.
• Handle HR administration tasks as part of the internship program.
