Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking an HR Officer (Talent Acquisition) to identify, attract, and hire top talent, collaborating with hiring managers and developing recruitment strategies across country programs.

You will support learning & development, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring compliance and a positive candidate and staff experience in a fast-paced humanitarian environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a large, complex organization.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS and generating reports.
• Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Recruitment and Staffing: posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Support Learning and Development: assist in program development, track attendance and ROI.
• Oversee On-boarding: induction, online course completion, and tracker updates.
• Support Performance Management processes: annual goal setting and reviews.
• Maintain personnel records and support employee separations.
• Assist Employee Relations and policy communications; ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and donor regulations; update HR policies.
• Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and collaboration across stakeholders.
