Job summary

ALVA is seeking a dedicated Human Capital professional in Indonesia to lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination and hiring, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower with qualified talent.

You will support talent management and development initiatives, coordinate wellness, engagement, and development programs, and contribute to employer branding efforts through administrative support and program coordination to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and hiring processes, to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs with qualified talent
• Support talent management and development activities, including administrative processes and coordination to ensure talent-related programs are implemented effectively
• Coordinate employee wellness, engagement, and development programs to support a positive employee experience and promote employee growth and well-being
• Support employer branding initiatives and Human Capital projects by coordinating related activities and providing administrative support to drive continuous improvement
