Job summary

Altha Consulting in Jakarta is seeking a Human Capital Assistant Manager to strengthen our HC function and support growth. You will work with directors and business leaders to translate organizational needs into practical people solutions.

This role goes beyond administration, covering recruitment for managerial roles, career development, learning initiatives, compensation reviews, employee relations, and HC policy improvements as the firm expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital or Human Resources.
• Strong exposure to multiple HC functions, particularly talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, or workforce planning.
• Experience in consulting and recruitment firm is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment practices and regulations.
• High ownership, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and corporate positions, including managerial and senior-level hiring.
• Translate business and project requirements into manpower and recruitment plans.
• Manage performance review, promotion, career progression, and talent development processes.
• Develop learning, engagement, retention, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support compensation reviews and employee movement processes.
• Handle employee relations and ensure consistent implementation of HC policies.
• Analyze people data and prepare insights related to headcount, workforce capacity, utilization, productivity, and talent risks.
• Improve HC policies, systems, SOPs, and ways of working as the organization grows.
