Job summary

Indonesia Defence Services is seeking a seasoned recruitment leader to drive end-to-end hiring for engineering roles in Indonesia. You will manage sourcing, screening, behavioral interviews, offers, and closing, while collaborating with Hiring Managers to align job specs with business needs.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in engineering recruitment, proven headhunting success, and strong English/Indonesian communication skills, with experience in corporate or tech environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of solid experience in recruitment for Engineering background, ideally with proven success managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Demonstrated success in headhunting, passive candidate outreach, and navigating hiring tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet
• Experience working in a corporate environment, recruitment agency/headhunting firm, or fast-scaling tech enterprise is highly desirable
• Strong competency-based interviewing techniques
• Proven salary negotiation ability
• Business fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the full lifecycle hiring process, including sourcing strategy, screening, behavioral interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, define job specs, and provide data-backed recruitment advice
• Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referral networks, and job boards) to target active and passive candidates, particularly for mid-to-senior level and high-priority roles
• Data-Driven Hiring: Track and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire, Pipeline Conversion Rates) using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to continuously improve process efficiency
