About The Role

To ensure seamless integration of various systems, networks, and services while providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high service level agreements (SLA), and enhancing operational efficiency.

What Will You Do

• Integrate diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall aims within the SLA.
• Handle System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with merchants.
• Manage production configuration setup, production testing, automated configuration reviews, and initial transaction monitoring with merchants.
• Provide credentials and documentation to merchants related to the system integration (SI) process preparation.
• Assist and respond to merchants' technical inquiries during their SI development phase.
• Build integration pipelines to allow frequent code changes and updates efficiently.
• Respond to incidents, identify/investigate root causes, and resolve issues within SLA, focusing on build, test, and deployment pipelines in the staging/sandbox environment.
• Document and create visual representations of systems, including their inputs and outputs.
