Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or System Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with infrastructure implementation and support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and routing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Linux server environments (RHEL/CentOS).
• Manage virtualized infrastructure using VMware technologies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support infrastructure deployment, migration, and implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service reliability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or System Engineering roles

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Server administration and troubleshooting
• Infrastructure implementation and support
• Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing)

Experience with:

• Security patching and vulnerability management
• Backup and disaster recovery processes
• Incident and change management practices

Nice to Have

• OpenShift or Kubernetes administration experience
• Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Icinga, or ELK/OpenSearch
• Scripting and automation using Bash, Ansible, or similar tools
• Experience supporting 24x7 production environments
• Exposure to Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech industries
