PT YAKIN BERTUMBUH SEKURITAS is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps professional to design, deploy, and maintain scalable systems across on-prem and cloud environments. The role emphasizes Linux administration, container orchestration, IaC, and robust security practices.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor systems with Grafana/Prometheus, and participate in disaster recovery testing while providing on-call support during critical incidents, including stock market trading hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, Networking, or DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and CLI troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and encryption.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), and physical network devices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Nice to have: Securities/Fintech/Banking exposure; familiarity with Argo CD, Terraform, PostgreSQL, NATS, Vault/KMS.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain Linux servers.
• Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Design and manage DevOps infrastructure architecture using IaC principles.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS) and firewalls.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes workloads.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and rollbacks using Helm.
• Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus/Grafana and respond to system alerts.
• Perform regular backups, disaster recovery procedures, and restore testing.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash or Python.
• Implement security best practices, including patch management, least privilege, TLS certificates, and secrets management.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, network configurations, incident reports, and operational runbooks.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents, including during stock market trading hours.

- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Securities, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
