LanceSoft, Inc. in Jakarta is seeking an IT Operations specialist to manage Windows Active Directory, antivirus server management and print server operations for end-user devices, including patch updates via Endpoint Central.

You will perform daily server checks across On-Prem and Cloud, resolve Level 2 tickets in ServiceDesk Plus, supervise user accounts and mail systems, and oversee DHCP services, printing, and site visits to field locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 3 years experience managing Windows AD, antivirus, and print servers.
• Familiar with Office 365 and Google Workspace; basic networking knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage antivirus patch updates and endpoint deployment.
• Maintain Active Directory, mailboxes, and print servers.
• Handle Level 2 tickets via ServiceDesk Plus.
• Oversee DHCP services and IP reservations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site visits (≥5 per year).
• Suggest continual service improvements.
