Job summary

PT Daya Medika Pratama is seeking a Microsoft Windows Infrastructure Security and Domain Administrator to design, implement, and maintain a secure AD DS environment across the enterprise.

You will manage GPOs, Azure AD, IAM controls, and patch management, while ensuring compliance with security benchmarks and incident response readiness. This role requires strong PowerShell scripting, virtualization experience, and collaboration with IT teams in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise Windows Server and AD.
• Expert knowledge of AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and security hardening.
• PowerShell automation and virtualization experience with Hyper-V/VMware.
• Strong networking, backup, and disaster recovery understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain AD DS across domains, forests, and trusts.
• Manage GPOs for security, deployment, and user config.
• Administer Azure AD and hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect).
• Implement IAM, RBAC, provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, and DNS issues.
• Oversee Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, DNS/DHCP/DFS, and file/print services.
• Monitor, patch, and harden systems; enforce security benchmarks.
• Collaborate with IT teams; prepare system documentation and runbooks.
• Respond to incidents and drive remediation; ensure compliance.
