Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) is seeking a System Administrator to manage and monitor enterprise IT infrastructure supporting shipping, logistics, and operations.

You'\u2019ll handle Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization with VMware/Hyper-V, plus monitoring, backup, and security hardening. Collaboration with Network, Security, and Application teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and production environments.
• Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall basics.
• Experience with backup and restore processes.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT security and system hardening.
• Experience using scripting tools (PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot server, system, network, and application issues.
• Perform regular system backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage system access and security per company policies.
• Coordinate with Network, Security, Application, and Vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Support system implementation, migration, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
• Ensure system availability and stability to support daily operations.

Job description

Experience minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Administrator.

Have experience in Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, or related industry.

Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and production environments.

Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Experience working with Windows and Linux server environments.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Experience with server installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Experience with network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall.

Experience with system monitoring and performance management tools.

Experience with backup and restore processes.

Understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Knowledge of IT security, access management, and system hardening.

Experience using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting tools is a plus.

Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
