Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking IT support staff in Jakarta to diagnose and resolve computer issues, assemble hardware, and manage wired and wireless networks on site. You will handle malware and data security concerns and support printers and related devices as part of a hands-on IT team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to diagnose and resolve user computer issues quickly and accurately.
• Understanding of hardware components and assembly.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking.
• Ability to repair networks promptly.
• Awareness of malware and data security practices.
• Experience dealing with computer peripherals like printers.
• Capable of supporting and maintaining IT equipment end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely analysis of user computer complaints.
• Assemble and upgrade computer hardware as needed.
• Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
• Repair and restore network connectivity onsite.
• Protect systems against malware and data breach.
• Manage and support printers and related devices.
• Collaborate with IT team to maintain service levels.
