Job summary

PT Verita Informatika is seeking a Department Head – IT Infrastructure (Server) to lead our server, storage, virtualization, and data center teams in Jakarta. You will shape strategy, ensure high availability, and drive enterprise IT initiatives across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS, at least 15 years in IT infrastructure with 7+ in management, and proven leadership with strong stakeholder management and DR expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial position.
• Strong expertise in server, storage, data center management, backup, DR, and infrastructure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations, focusing on server, storage, virtualization, and data center.
• Oversee Windows Server and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure server availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Manage virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Lead infrastructure projects, team management, vendor coordination, and SLA compliance.
