Datacomm in Jakarta is looking for a skilled professional to manage cloud services including fulfillment with VMWare, KVM, and Openstack, as well as handling cloud operations and incidents. Knowledge in basic networking and awareness in customer service are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various cloud computing tools and be able to work effectively under pressure. This role supports coordination for troubleshooting, ensuring quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Sys. Administrator (any distro of Linux, Windows Server).
• Knowledge in Cloud Computing (VMWare, KVM, Openstack, Zerto, Acronis).
• Knowledge in Basic Networking (OSI Layer, TCP/IP, Subnetting, Static Routing, Switching).
• Knowledge in Networking Tools (MRTG, PRTG, Grafana).
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually and capable of working under pressure.
• Understanding the concept of Customer Service Oriented.

• Cloud L1 incident handling.
