Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a System Administrators Manager based in Indonesia to lead the Indonesian SysAdmin team within the Product group. This hands-on technical leadership role combines engineering delivery with people management, ensuring uptime and driving productivity.

You will cooperate with global SysAdmin teams, developers, and product managers to maintain and improve hosting services, monitoring, and incident response while growing technical excellence and team health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting enterprise-level Linux environments and optimizing Linux performance.
• 1+ year technical leadership and mentoring of an engineering or sysadmin team.
• Hands-on experience with the web hosting stack: cPanel/WHM, web servers (LiteSpeed, Apache, Nginx) and databases (MariaDB/MySQL).
• Experience with on-premises / bare-metal infrastructure (Proxmox/KVM, CloudLinux); cloud experience is a plus.
• Led or coordinated shift-based monitoring and incident response with uptime focus.

Responsibilities

• Keep Hostinger's Web Hosting Monitoring team in an always-ready state.
• Provide long-term engineering solutions for Hostinger's Web Hosting services.
• Coach and onboard new team members; provide day-to-day leadership and supervision.
• Lead monitoring shift rotation and coverage; you set it up and own it.
• Coordinate deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of systems and services.
• Monitor and optimize service performance using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Ansible, and other tools.
• Ensure uptime of core services and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with Lithuanian and Brazilian SysAdmin teams, developers, and product managers.
• Analyze system performance and solve technical issues.
