Job summary

PT Joyrun Tech Indonesia is seeking a seasoned regional leader to grow the Indonesian market and manage key customers in data centers, MEP engineering, and facility operations. You will drive opportunities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with headquarters to deliver proposals while building a strong local presence.

You will establish and manage local supplier networks, lead cross‑functional teams, and travel within Indonesia to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, business development, customer management, or engineering services, with team/regional management.
• Experience in Indonesia and understanding of the local business environment and resources.
• Ability to independently conduct customer development, supplier development, and business negotiations.
• Strong business acumen to analyze revenue, project costs, profit, cash collection, and risks.
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia and visit project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Indonesian market and key customers, following up on project opportunities in data centers, MEP engineering, facility ops & maintenance.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, organize visits, understand requirements, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Develop local suppliers, service providers, manpower resources, and partners; establish supplier database.
• Participate in project quotations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations; coordinate to evaluate scope, staffing, costs, delivery.
• Manage business plan and execution for Indonesia region focusing on revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, accounts receivable, contract performance.
• Coordinate operational support for local and expatriate employees: recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, administration, employee relations, cross-cultural communication.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to resolve customer, supplier, personnel, and business risk issues.
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
