Job summary

Sushi Ozu is seeking a dedicated Sushi Cook to prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and related Japanese dishes in line with our quality and presentation standards. You will ensure freshness of ingredients and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen while working with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to guests.

Ideal candidates bring a background in Japanese cuisine or sushi, strong teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine or as a Sushi Cook is a plus.
• Able to work in a team.
