Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Provide product recommendations and information based on customer needs.
Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
Understand and communicate key features of surf, skate, and merchandise products (boards, gear, apparel, accessories).
Stay updated on new arrivals, promos, and product trends.
Ensure all products are displayed neatly and attractively according to BGS brand guidelines.
Restock displays and maintain store tidiness throughout the day.
Receive, check, and store incoming stock properly.
Monitor product levels and report low stock or fast-moving items to the Store Manager.
Ensure accurate tagging, labeling, and pricing of all merchandise.
