Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Confident and friendly when communicating with customers.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take care of the retail area and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well presented.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.
• Actively support sales and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate product displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor or management when items need to be restocked.
• Assist with stock counting and basic inventory checks.
• Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately.
• Ensure products are properly arranged and presented according to company standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures for the retail area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop throughout the shift.
• Communicate important customer feedback, stock issues, and operational matters to management.
