• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve company targets and profitability goals.
• Monitor and evaluate store performance through KPIs, sales reports, and operational reviews.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to maximize performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and in-store events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation across all stores.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Inventory Control, Marketing, and other departments to support business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and consistent customer experience.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets while identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.
