Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) from any major.
• Open to fresh graduates with a maximum of 2 years of experience in Data Entry.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear articulation and good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Fast, responsive, effective, and efficient in completing tasks.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Basic English speaking skills.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Process registrations accurately and efficiently.
• Manage the service registration process and handle disputes or issues raised by merchants and stakeholders.
• Maintain good relationships with merchants and stakeholders.
• Monitor various communication channels and provide timely and appropriate responses.
• Perform accurate data entry and data processing.
• Identify, record, and report technical or system issues encountered during data entry activities.
• Perform administrative tasks related to partner accounts, such as credit top-ups, updating partner information, and other account-related activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, including market research, service quality audits, and other business improvement activities.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and maintaining service quality.
